2RO088 - Pitirre

Pitirre joined us to help update and reorganize the code. She helped Bluebird establish a GitHub organization for American Cyborg, and test out various configurations for Rookery repositories. Along with Bowerbird, we wrote a fresh set of documentation for local deployment. Pitirre also developed an offline database.
