2RO081 - Roadbook Update

We are gearing up to take Rookery from MVP to Alpha in 2022. In preparation for developer outreach and collaboration, I went back through our Developer Roadbook and indexed every screen in the Rookery experience. I noted all the places that need updates. I consulted an expert developer and got a sense of estimates for the time and money it would take to bring the software to the next level.
